One-on-one training session with a qualified and experienced LMF trainer This exercise style uses free weights, balls and resistance bands to offer extra resistance and add intensity to your workout. Resistance training is a great way to strengthen the entire body, improve bone density and gain strength all while shedding those unwanted centimeters.
