Yoga is not only a practice of the body but of the mind and the senses. Our one-on-one guided Yoga sessions are offered by a qualified and experienced LMF trainers who practice yoga and mindfulness.

Yoga is great for relaxation, stretching and strengthening all major muscle groups, as well as the intricate little muscles that we don't always get to during normal resistance training.
